We are pleased to inform members that CICM will hold its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 10.30 a.m. at Majestic 2, Level 3 at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, 5, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, 50000 Kuala Lumpur.  Following the 45th AGM, CICM will be organizing the CICM Industry Briefing: Industry Obligations under the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) at 11.30 a.m. at the same venue.

Enclosed are the following documents for your reference and action: 

• Notice of the Annual General Meeting
• Proxy Form (To be submitted by a member company, e.g. Company ABC, who is not able to attend the meeting BUT would want to appoint another member company, e.g. Company XYZ, to represent and vote on its behalf at the meeting)

All members are invited to join the CICM industry briefing and the networking lunch, which will be a good opportunity for members to share, network and interact with one another.
